Bill was born in Missouri and has lived all over the Midwest.

He has worked as a business professional for the past 10+ years in disciplines such as accounting, credit, entrepreneurship and real estate investment consulting. He recently relocated from Denver, CO after working at Evolve Vacation Rental, a nationwide vacation rental management company. Within the company he founded the Home Buyer Consulting Division.

Bill personally consulted over 1,000 clients on purchasing over $50,000,000 worth of vacation rental property nationwide. Branson also happens to be where Bill purchased his very first investment property. Bill really strives to help people achieve their dreams.
